At Sparked Potential, we use Insights Discovery as a practical, human-centred way to help people understand themselves and each other. Our process blends high-quality profiling, shared learning and thoughtful coaching to create self-awareness that leads to real, sustainable behaviour change.
Along with the foundation chapter, you have the option to include additional chapters that can really add value to the development each person can take away with them.
- Foundation (Required) includes Overview, Key strengths and weaknesses, Value to the team, Communication, Possible blind spots, Opposite type, Suggestions for development.
- Manager Chapter - Ideal environment, Managing you, Motivating you, Own management style.
- Sales Chapter - Selling style overview, The six steps of the sale, Sales Preference Indicators.
- Personal Achievement - Living on purpose, Time and life management, Personal creativity, Lifelong learning, Learning styles.
- Interview Chapter - Provides the individual with some thought-provoking questions that look into areas of potential weakness.
- NB: This page is not intended to be part of a selection process, as the Insights Discovery Profile is not a recruitment tool. Whilst research has shown that some personality types may be suited to particular roles, this doesn't mean that other personality types may not also be suited to those roles

Profile Production — Clear, simple and expertly managed
We take care of the full Insights Discovery administration so the process is smooth for participants and effortless for you.

Turnaround:
Profiles are typically ready 7–10 days after assessment completion.

Foundation Workshop
Understanding the model and recognising preferences, this engaging, interactive session helps participants:
- Understand the four-colour Insights model and what each preference means
- Explore their own colour energy mix and where their strengths sit
- Recognise different preferences in others and how these show up in day-to-day interactions
- Identify practical ways to adapt communication and build stronger relationships
- Build confidence using the Insights language back in their working world
The session creates shared understanding, common language and immediate, practical tools.
Individual Coaching — Translating insight into personal impact
After the Foundation Workshop, we move into one-to-one coaching to help people apply their profile in a way that feels real and relevant to their roles and relationships.
What’s included:
- A 60–90 minute personal profile debrief
- Exploration of strengths, pressures and potential blind spots
- Real-world examples of how different preferences influence communication, relationships and decision-making
- A tailored set of next steps aligned to personal or professional goals
Optional coaching series:
Participants can continue with a 3–6 session coaching pathway to deepen reflection, build new habits and track progress over time.
Our coaching is warm, practical and empowering — supporting people to turn awareness into confident, intentional action.
