Turnaround:
Profiles are typically ready 7–10 days after assessment completion.
This ensures every participant arrives informed, supported and ready for meaningful development.
We begin with a Foundation Workshop to give participants a clear, shared understanding of the Insights model and how to apply it in their everyday interactions. This creates the grounding needed for deeper development before moving into 1:1 coaching.
This engaging, interactive session helps participants:
Understand the four-colour Insights model and what each preference means
Explore their own colour energy mix and where their strengths sit
Recognise different preferences in others and how these show up in day-to-day interactions
Identify practical ways to adapt communication and build stronger relationships
Build confidence using the Insights language back in their working world
The session creates shared understanding, common language and immediate, practical tools.
After the Foundation Workshop, we move into one-to-one coaching to help people apply their profile in a way that feels real and relevant to their roles and relationships.

A 60–90 minute personal profile debrief
Exploration of strengths, pressures and potential blind spots
Real-world examples of how different preferences influence communication, relationships and decision-making
A tailored set of next steps aligned to personal or professional goals
Optional coaching series:
